At Seora Skincare, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are at least 75% full and all protective seals are intact where applicable.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
